BABIES "R" US MULTIPLE BIRTH DISCOUNT

Does Babies "R" Us offer a multiple birth discount? We are pleased to inform you of our multiple birth discount. Babies "R" Us defines a multiple birth as parents with two or more babies the same age. We offer our customers 10% off two or more of the same items purchased in the same order (e.g. two cribs, two bedding sets, two strollers, etc.). The discount can not be combined with any other offers, including sale priced items, and applies to the following categories only: furniture, bedding sets and baby gear, including car seats, strollers, travel yards, highchairs, swings, gates, exersaucers/walkers and backpack/carriers. Double strollers and matching infant car seats are also eligible for the multiple birth discount. This offer is not available on any special purchase items. Corporate sales do not qualify for the multiple birth discount.

DONATION REQUESTS

How do I submit a request for a product or monetary donation?
Children are the heart and soul of our business, and we are committed to helping them in times of need. Partnering with national organizations allows us to centralize our philanthropic efforts. These partners, in turn, help numerous charities at the local level:

For toy drives to help impoverished children during the holiday season, we partner with the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation
For hospital playrooms to provide much-needed playtime for sick children, we partner with the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation
For autism-related programs, we partner with Autism Speaks
For product donations to local organizations across the country and overseas (including homeless shelters, foster-care facilities, hospitals, clinics, relief organizations, and others) we partner with Kids in Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.)
For AIDS-related programs, we partner with Children Affected by AIDS Foundation

If your group supports the same goals as any mentioned above, please direct requests to that national organization, since all of our support in these areas will be centralized with these partners.

Additionally, the Toys "R" Us Children's Fund will not support:

Programs that do not focus their efforts on children's issues
Grants to individuals or religious groups for religious purposes
Capital expenditures, political or partisan programs, national ceremonies, memorials, conferences, fundraising dinners or lunches, testimonials or similar events
Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion or sexual orientation
Individuals-only 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organizations

If you still feel your organization falls within the Toys "R" Us Children's Fund's mission of helping children in need, please consider the following:

Organizations must be designated as not-for-profit and tax exempt as defined by
IRS Code 501(c)(3)
Donation requests must be made at least 90 days prior to the date in which the donation is needed.
Requests must be made in writing.

We evaluate every request. If we feel there is a potential opportunity, we will likely request additional information and documentation. If not, we will send a formal decline. Either way, organizations will receive a response faster if requests are made via email.

In the event of a large-scale crisis or emergency situation only (such as a hurricane, fire, flood, earthquake or other natural disaster), organizations may call our donation hotline at 973-617-5350.
